Why Choose HEEDS?

Seamless Process Automation

HEEDS integrates effortlessly with your existing CAE tools (like Simcenter, ANSYS, Abaqus, MATLAB, and more). It automates your entire simulation workflow—reducing manual effort and eliminating repetitive tasks.

Smart Design Exploration

Unlike traditional optimization tools, HEEDS uses advanced algorithms (including SHERPA, a proprietary hybrid optimization method) to explore the design space intelligently and efficiently, even with limited computational resources.

Real-World Performance, Realized Faster

HEEDS allows you to evaluate hundreds or thousands of design options quickly—helping you meet or exceed performance goals like strength, efficiency, weight, and cost.

No Expert Knowledge Required

With HEEDS, you don’t need to be an optimization expert. The intuitive interface and automated setup let engineers and designers focus on engineering—not coding or tuning parameters.

Enterprise Scalability

Whether you're a small team or a global enterprise, HEEDS scales to meet your needs. It supports cloud computing, HPC clusters, and team collaboration, helping teams make decisions faster and more confidently.

Key Use Cases

  • Structural and thermal analysis

  • CFD optimization (e.g., aerodynamics, cooling)

  • Multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO)

  • Lightweighting and cost reduction

  • Control system parameter tuning

  • Robust design under uncertainty

Compatible with Your Tools

HEEDS supports a wide range of commercial and in-house simulation tools, including:

  • Simcenter, NX, STAR-CCM+

  • ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN

  • MATLAB/Simulink

  • Custom scripts (Python, Bash, etc.)

Faster Innovation, Better Products

With HEEDS, leading companies around the world have:

  • Reduced product development time by up to 70%

  • Discovered innovative designs not found through manual iteration
